Movies: Pixels & Ant-man

1. ANT MAN
this action-yet-lol movie is the finest one. It's about a father and daughter, pisah karna sang ayah is a criminal. Steal some stuffs etc. Dan all of a sudden, Luis, a fast-talking guy and of course partner nya Scott (ayah) menceritakan sesuatu yg ternyata mengubah hidup scott. Well fantastic and funny. Luis is really good in fast-talking. Ceritanya panjang dan agak confusing but another friend simplified it. So there you go. Scott turns to be a criminal guy stealing something from an old-man empty house. But what he got is a suit. Firstly, he has no idea what it is till he put it on and yeah. Scott turns to be a tiny guy. Dr. Pym (who makes the suit) talks to him, tentang baju dan well, penawaran kerja sama. But after thinking 1000 times, Scott turns the thing he stole back. And cops already outside when he got back. Dan akhirnya ketemu dr pym, singkatnya mereka akhirnya sepakat untuk membantu each other. Scott akan belajar dan berlatih untuk mencuri the yellow jacket yg diciptakan Cross untuk something evil. And learn how to ally with ants. Ini yang keren, telling us how great ants are. And after few days practicing and stuffs he is ready for the day. Setelah semua rencana yg ternyata gagal, Cross akhirnya put on the yellow jacket againts Scott the ant man. Singkat cerita, Cross yang terjebak di jebakan serangga ternyata alive dan karena Scott has arrested, Cross visited Scott's daughter, Cassie. Well, a father will always be there dan Scott ga lama datang *fighting scenes playing* and comes the moment, saat Scott mengorbankan dirinya menjadi kecil untuk menyelamatkan buah hatinya. But well, his big love finally saved him. Yeay!!

Ant-man is a good one. Though you will not really satisfied but you won't regret it spending moneys for this one. It's actually worth it. And you can learn from some quotes, one of it is "don't let your past determine your future" — Dr. Pym

2. PIXELS
I've been waiting for this movie actually. I actually don't know it was Sandler's movie. So, when I found out I thought it'd be a great one. So the story began from a two best friend going to the video games grand opening. Playing some games and Sam Brenner (sandler) realized he's good at playing it and his best friend said that he's destined for a great things. After the battle, and Sam defeated by the fire blaster a.k.a Eddie Plant (Peter Dinklage), Sam's life is never really went anywhere. The record of the games were sent to the other planet with a time capsule and later on will be a bit important. Fast forward, Sam is just someone working in a company who setting up the electronic stuffs and his old bestie, Will Cooper (Kevin James) is a President of US. and then the alient attacks with something like pixels and later on they finally realized it's like a classic game and yeah they played to save the world. And later on when they thought they've won it's actually not. Someone's cheating and aliens will attack them again. So Brenner and team going to save the world and got a second chance and then he played donkey kong to actually save the world.

After all, this movie is enjoyable. I just think that if Will Cooper is not a President of US, it'd be more challenging for Sam Brenner to save the world right? But after that, it's worth your money.

Kuliah?

Well, I would like to share my thoughts. About the university, bachelor degree, master degree etc.

I accepted in one of the finest public university in Indonesia. Ya meskipun cuma D3. Banyak orang bilang mending lepas buat cari swasta dan dapat S1. Karna di sini D3 ga ada apa apa nya.

Is that true?

Banyak kan lulusan sarjana yang nganggur juga ga jelas kerjaan nya apaan. Finally jd tukang becak atau pekerjaan yang ga dia harapkan.

Banyak orang bilang buat apa universitas bagus tapi D3? Mending S1 swasta yang lulusan nya bisa dapat kerjaan bagus.
Wait.

Ketika melamar pekerjaan pasti kita ditanya pengalaman right? Nah.
Meskipun kita lulusan S3 tapi kalo pengalaman juga ga ada untuk apa bro? :(

Perusahaan pasti pengen yang terbaik dan pasti minta pekerja yang berpengalaman kan? Ya meskipun di sini gelar juga ngaruh ke gaji karyawan. Itu yang masih agak gimanaaaa gitu. Banyak lulusan S1 yang pintar tp had no skills.
Banyak org berskill tp ipk ga bagus bagus amat akhirnya ga diperkerjakan. Masih banyak perusahaan yang menginginkan lulusan ipk tinggi dibanding lulusan dengan skill yang maksimal.

Jadi pada intinya, gausah bilang kampus ini bagus lah itu bagus lah. Atau lu bersombong ria dpt kampus mahal yang persemester berpuluh juta. Kampus mahal ga menjamin diri lu bakal kejual mahal juga :) lulusan SMA bahkan bisa sukses kan? Semua universitas itu sama. Yg membedakan adalah diri kita sendiri.

Bagaimana berkompetisi di dunia yang gila edukasi ini tanpa harus ipk tinggi. Banyak kan orang luar berhenti kuliah but they got skill and they succeed. Kenapa kita ga bisa? Apalagi yang gelar sarjana atau magister.
